Inclusive Leadership Assessment Privacy Notice

When you participate in the Inclusive Leadership Assessment as a Leader, you will be asked to provide some basic information about yourself and your approach to leadership in the workplace. If you are participating as a Rater, you will be asked to answer the same questions but about your Leader, in addition to providing some basic information about yourself.

The information you provide will be used to assess the inclusivity of you as a Leader (if you are participating as a Leader) and the inclusivity of leaders within your organisation generally. It will also be used to provide high level insights about how your organisation compares against inclusivity practices of other similar organisations.

Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. However, if you do choose to participate, your responses will treated confidentially. If you are a leader, your results will be accessible by you and will be shared with your coach as nominated in CIRRUS. If you are nominated to give feedback as a manager to a leader, only that leader and their coach will be able to see your responses. If you are nominated to give feedback as a peer, direct report or other, your responses will only be shared with the leader and their coach in an aggregated and unattributed manner. We will at all times ensure that your information is protected to the same standards that we use to protect our own information here at Deloitte.
