If you have forgotten the password you use to log in, you can reset it at any time.
- Start by visiting the platform login
- Select Forgot password.
- Enter your email address and select Request reset link.
- You will receive an email. Select Reset your password.
- Enter and confirm your new password and select Reset password.
- Log in with your email address and password.
Need a password reset email?
If you have not received a password reset email, check that you have provided the correct email address. If you have, please check all of your email folders, including spam filters.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact us on 1800 OPEN-IP (1800 673 647) OR submit a request via our Help Centre.
Updating your password
Once you have successfully logged in to your account, you can update your password at any time.
Go to your account profile in the top right hand corner of the screen, and select View profile.
Select Settings and you will be prompted to enter your current password. Next, enter and confirm your new password and select Update settings.
Tip: Remember that you will need a minimum of 7 characters, including a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters.
