How do I read the TSR tracker?

Important notes for beta:

  • The TSR tracker should not be used after the vesting date. The tracker will continue to use the current share price rather than the price at the time of vesting.
  • Manually changing the share price at the start of the plan will impact the accuracy of the tracker.

For an ATSR model or an RTSR comparing to an Index, only two cards are presented in the TSR tracker section:

  1. The first card, ‘TSR’, presents the TSR value for the company either on the day you are viewing the tracker or, if the performance end date of the plan has already occurred, the TSR value shown is calculated on the plan performance end date.
  2. The second card, ‘Vesting Percentage’, returns the amount of shares that vest based on the conditions you entered and the TSR value obtained in the first card.

For a RTSR model not comparing to an Index, there are four cards presented in the TSR tracker section:

  1. The first card, ‘TSR’, presents the TSR value for the company either on the day you are viewing the tracker or, if the performance end date of the plan has already occurred, the TSR value shown is calculated on the plan performance end date.
  2. The second card, ‘Ranking by TSR’, provides your company’s ranking, based on the TSR value calculated in card one, compared to the value obtained for the comparators you selected.
  3. The third card, ‘Percentile Ranking’, shows you your company’s percentile ranking based on your TSR value and compared to the comparators you selected.
  4. The last card, ‘Vesting Percentage’, returns the amount of shares that vest based on the conditions you entered and the TSR value obtained in the first card.
